01.01.2022 Joys and sorrows of Lucie Hrozová... Lucka, we congratulate you on your first 8c and we wish you both physical and mental strength #LucieHrozova, #KlondikeCa...t 11- (8c), #Frankenjura repost @lucie_climbs Today I sent my first 8c :) . Klondike 11- . It was definitely more about fighting with a cold than anything. I can say -3 and no sun it is not the warmest weather I can imagine..:D I'd choose the strategy not shaking and not use any rest place at all because I will just freeze to much..so I decided to climb like a speed climbing...I had no other option. Because the cold was just too big. At the end of the route I just watch my hands by eyes because I wasn't feeling them but I managed to climb to the top..:) I definitely have to say thanks to the girl who motivated me to go climb this route to @matilda_soderlund because I definitely didn't believe in myself (it was the end of October and we met there and she was like oh you should try this and and she was like Lucie you can totally send it. I was very surprised I that I actually send it today :) Also thanks to all my climbing chica grigri Like @chiara_hanke @maria.soltesova @matilda_soderlund @spir.ry And very happy to be Clondike together with good friends of mine @editavopatova . . On the other hand I should say something about climbing which is the closest to my heart "ice climbing"...soon I will go for another surgery for my left shoulder (in two weeks)...the right shoulder it is been already two year since my first very serious surgary..I had broken ligamens and tendos and labrum but what more the doctor said I had no cartilage at all..so he did the mosaico plastic because of that but the consequences is just to big I was still hoping that it gets better,but the doctors was like Lucie it isn't and it isn't.I know I should be optimistic but I tried everything I am doing physio for one hour every day and all the other stuff,but it is very hard I am in pain and I wasn' able to start train with tools since that, training for ice climbing is just too hard and intense and too painfull for my shoulders..in two years I wasnt able to do even one single training for that.. It is very hard for me to say but maybe I should finally admit to myself and also to others that am not able to continue with hard ice/mix climbing...at least for now...and we will see in the future ...
