24.01.2022 Exercise is the No. 1 best thing we can do for coping and we are not just saying that because we are in the fitness business so are renowned Psychologists. It's not the only thing but it is a great start in getting back into a 'new normal'. Ask our clients, it's a time to step out of life even if for only 30mins and concentrate on yourself. We've had so many new clients join us over the past 2 weeks and we're hearing comments about how even this short time with us has made a difference. 10.01.2022 Welcome to Episode 10 JC & Linda with Marnie Ford from MF Therapy this Thursday 26th Nov 11.30am on Facebook Live. Massage - there are so many types of massage but the one we get the most benefits from is Remedial Massage and today we are talking to Marnie Ford from MF Therapy and Marnie also works for Balwyn Sports Physiotherapy, our preferred go to Physiotherapists! Marnie is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with years of experience in the massage industry. She’s a mo...ther of four children and has always worked in the health industry, firstly as a personal carer in aged care, a qualified Registered Nurse working in the orthopaedic ward. Marnie just like us is very active in sports and fitness. She was a keen Netballer but recently discovered a love for Obstacle Course Racing (ORC), participating in a variety of training schedules such as strength and conditioning, obstacle training, HIIT classes and running at least 4-5 times per week. Her active lifestyle has sparked in her the love for treating clients with sporting related injuries and dysfunctions with a focus on recovery, maintenance and well-being. We are looking forward to talking to Marnie as she shares with us her passion for massage, health and fitness.

04.01.2022 We are highly recommending this to go hand in hand with our Womens 35+ program starting in February. I have just finished my last 3 weeks of reintroducing foods and after having lost 10kgs since Oct and keeping it off, I'm working out what causes me inflammation and weight gain.
