21.01.2022 Wishing you and yours a happy and safe Easter from all of us at Altara Personnel - it’s an ideal time to make your Easter Eggs at home this year. Here’s a recipe we like. You’ll need 250g icing sugar, 250g creamy peanut butter, 250g chocolate, 65g butter, 1 tbsp milk, 1tbsp copha - in a mixing bowl, combine icing sugar, peanut butter, butter and milk (if needed for moisture) until blended. Shape mixture into large or small eggs. Freeze eggs for 1 hour. While the eggs are free...zing, cut chocolate into small pieces and place in top of double boiler with copha. Melt over medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Stick a long-tined fork in top of each peanut butter egg, dip it in melted chocolate to cover then drain on waxed paper.
