Materials such as 316 Stainless Steel perform exceptionally well when close proximity to the ocean, however this material comes at a cost. Another great solution is to look for fittings made from ABS plastic. They come in modern styles and best of all, they won’t oxidise.

04.01.2022 A small renovation we did down in Northern NSW at the start of the year with LED down lights used throughout. LED down lights are energy efficient, they don't emit as much heat as traditional halogen down lights and saves you money on your power bill.

04.01.2022 *This is why you should not DIY electrical.* Those black marks on the red cable should not be there. That is where the cable has started to heat up and catch fire from a poor connection due to wires that were incorrectly terminated. Its lucky the house didnt burn down.
