20.01.2022 While the entire live music industry has been brutalised by COVID, we haven’t been able to change our offerings like many other venues. Our space isn't suited t...o private functions or food. It's a live music venue, through-and-through. We don't open unless we have a show. We’ve been doing our best to facilitate a space for our music community but the reality is that it comes at running at a loss. A handful of amazing people have banded together to help us out! They’ve created a pozible campaign to ‘Keep Jive Alive’. The response has been incredible so far. Our community is strong. 14.01.2022 A couple months ago our country was in flames. During that time we praised our brave fire fighters for their courage. Today I'm giving a shout out to our minimum wage super market staff. Our chemists and their retail staff. The petrol station attendants, food delivery drivers and farmers and tractor drivers. These unsung heroes are all of a sudden our life lines. In the front lines of social contact. Dealing with fustraited customers and still rocking up every day. Thank you ...so much. Lastly, thank you to our doctors and nurses for there dedication to keeping us alive and healthy. Thank you all so very much.
