25.01.2022 Fantastic job tonight ladies it was hot & sweaty!! Sometimes motivating yourself to get to your sessions when it’s soooo sticky is hard work..... But it’s all worth it in the end, I hope you left feeling good & have a great night sleep xx

With the breaks people have over December/ January I find they are the best all round option for most people to resettle into a training routine.... Now that we are all back moving & motivated it’s time to get that ball rolling. TIME TRIALS ARE BACK!! starting next week (I know how much you all loved the last ones ).

10.01.2022 A home slider session for my ladies... Slick flooring use fluffy socks or these cleaning kits, carpet try flat bottom plastic plate with a rim to hold your foot in place (baby plates work well).

08.01.2022 Was fun today putting the athletes from @oakflatsacrobatics through a session in prep for the world qualifiers... Back to the old cow shed where many hrs, blood, sweat & tears were spent as a kid training hard & making friends. Some of Australia’s best acrobats in this group.... Good session crew, you smashed it & GOOD LUCK!! .

07.01.2022 Backyard #isolation training if there is anything we have taken away from this it’s been the art or improvising.... And what a success it was. Online training worked well but it’s been good having you all back face to face to smash 10/10 for the majority of our gals who impressed me with consistency

It’s as interactive as the gym with an awesome bunch of women just trying to stay swim through this madness**

01.01.2022 Are you stuck at home on your laptop working all day? Constant distractions, a table or desk that just isn’t set up right? To start with working from home seemed like a great idea until the reality of how it isn’t actually easier sets in & you realise that being isolated to your home for what looks to be a few months is going to be tough! Physically, mentally, emotionally it could be quite draining... Take some time ( a few min) out of your day to move, and for those keyboard warriors hunched over a computer or desk all day try to open up your posture & BREATHE Here’s a quick upper body stretch routine to throw into your day, you’ll feel better for it & do it from your chair.
