Foot Mobilisation Therapy is a gentle, hands on technique used to help correct the alignment of the joints and put them into a better position, the mobilisations also help to promote natural lubricant back into your joints. Foot Mobilisation Therapy (FMT) is non-invasive and helps resolve foot pain and issues long term. Along with FMT we give exercises that help to strengthen your feet and assist the mobilisations that we do. (Some of the exercises we give can be seen in previous videos). This is because women get an increase of relaxin hormone which can affect your connective tissue, causing you to rotate through your toes, especially if you are already prone to.
