21.01.2022 The Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV) have recently released a new report exploring the implications of the evolving energy system for energy users and ombudsman services in the decades ahead. Charging Ahead forms part of the work that EWOV are undertaking to prepare themselves for a decentralised, decarbonised future and ensure that they can continue to assist Victorians to resolve their energy complaints in the decades ahead. The report considers rooftop solar PV; residential batteries; electric vehicles; microgrids; virtual power plants; peer to peer energy trading and home energy management systems.
