19.01.2022 COVID UPDATE We have had a high volume of calls and messages over the last 48 hours so we wanted to update you all on what is going on for us with the new lock down laws Currently the salon will remain open as per usual, the only change being our beauty services will be unavailable until restrictions are lifted for those. ... We are still here for all of your hair needs We have strict booking procedures in place to ensure social distancing within the salon, this means that there will be less availability so please book ahead to avoid disappointment. We are currently & will continue to adhere to all requirements that allow us to continue operating, the most important thing to us is the safety of our team & guests We ask that you come alone to your appointments, if there is a need for you to bring a little one along with you please let us know in advance & we will move your appointment to a time that is suitable If you have ANY flu like symptoms please call us to reschedule. The team will not provide services to anyone they think is unwell. 04.01.2022 COVID UPDATE Today is a sad day for myself, my wonderful team & many other business owners & staff members. That being said up until this point we have been lucky to have the freedom of choice, a choice which many of our fellow local business’s were not given. We had the choice to remain open and service our community safely, the choice to give people a place to go, somewhere that they could look forward to going. And although we followed every rule, we sanitised, we temp c...hecked, we distanced, we more than halved our workload to then today have that choice taken away from us. We hope now more than ever that EVERYONE follows the rules & we can be back at it as soon as possible At 7.30pm on Wednesday the 5th of August we will close the salon until further notice as per the government guidelines. We will have extended hours over the next 2 days. Clients will be contacted in the order of their appointments and offered times. Those who are not seen within the next 2 days your appointments will be rescheduled & I will be in contact over the coming weeks. We are so grateful to everyone of you and the support we have received up until now. We will spend this time improving our procedures, education & improving on technical skill ready to come back big and better than ever before. We miss you all already but we promise to keep you updated on our time in ISO. Please everyone stay safe lets work together to get all of our lives back Sending you all big love & good vibes

03.01.2022 And so this becomes the new norm Mandatory masks as of Wednesday @ 11.59pm, we will be wearing masks as of today but as of Thursday there will be no mask no entry policy. It is important that we follow this directive strictly, we dislike it as much as you do but for now this is the new norm & we will comply so that we can continue to service our community & put smiles on your faces ... We do ask that people bring their own masks with them, we do have some available if required :). For all of our colour clients, I would recommend wearing a disposable mask for the duration of your colour as it will likes get colour on it Thanks so much for understanding
