A quick reminder on what we do to keep our treatment rooms and exercise studio clean: Things we do: vacuum and mop frequently ... disinfect chairs, reception surfaces and all equipment after each client disinfect the equipment after every class disinfect and clean the bathrooms, doors, windows and surfaces every night provide hand sanitiser for all in treatment rooms and studio Things you can do: Wash your hands before and after every treatment or class Bring a towel to your class and place it under you at all times Wipe down your mats after each class If you have flu like symptoms, please DON’T COME CALL US. We can re-schedule your appointment or put your pass on hold. Wait until you’re better, don’t spread it! We also have mobile home physiotherapy appointment available if you rather we come to you! Don’t forget to keep moving, stay active and look after yourselves

09.01.2022 I saw this post tonight and felt it needed resharing. We just need to take a breath, look after each other one day at a time and we’ll all be ok.

05.01.2022 UPDATE: We are considered as an essential service, and for now, it is business as usual. We are available for physio, and exercise physiology, and we will do home visits if you require.
