10.01.2022 This is a very tough time for everyone, including those in the tourism industry. We are doing our best here to help all of our clients & friends who are struggl...ing with their upcoming travel arrangements. where possible try to change your date. The services of airlines, hotels, tour companies and cruise lines are being drastically disrupted and we are receiving a constant stream of information from all of our suppliers as they update us on their situation and how their operations are adapting. This may include postponing or suspending services, amending itineraries and rescheduling services. This information is constantly changing so what we find out today, we are discovering, can be different when we wake up tomorrow. The constantly changing advice and restrictions by the governing authorities also plays a part. For those of you with bookings with us, we are extremely grateful for your patience and understanding as we grasp what the situation means for your personal holiday. We appreciate how stressed and upsetting this is for you and we are feeling your pain. We are invested in your holiday experience after having worked so hard with you to get it just right. At the moment we are prioritising the needs of our clients who are due to travel imminently. If your booking is for later in the year, whilst we understand how anxious you must feel, we must focus on resolving the bookings for those people travelling sooner. Please bear with us and allow us to respond to you once we have worked through the most urgent holidays which are pending for many of our clients. This is a challenging time for everyone. Our industry has been hit hard. Now, more than ever you will be able to appreciate the benefit of having a travel agent. We are here for you. Please continue to support us.
