13.01.2022 I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time we are having off. Please try to stay fit by doing some exercises and stretches at home. Practice your Kihon, Ido Geko and Kata if you have the space to do so. Again, stay safe. Hoping to see everyone back soon, keen as ever. OSU

07.01.2022 Hello all. As our club falls into one of the 10 suburbs required to lockdown we are left with no other option but to suspend training at the dojo until further notice. We are exploring other options such as online training and outdoor training sessions outside these areas so please stay tuned for updates to these events. Until then, take care, stay safe and keep fit. OSU!

06.01.2022 Apologies for this evenings classes. Due to the incident on the freeway we weren't able to make it on time. Guess everyone had left by the time we arrived. Training as usual from Monday.

03.01.2022 Hi all, looking forward to having everyone back soon and starting with just the seniors on Monday the 29th June. During this COVID period we will be practicing social distancing whilst in the dojo meaning no sparring, bagwork or any activity involving partnered work. We will be focusing on kihon, ido geiko, fitness and Kata. A good opportunity to get back to basics and work on that fitness. OSU!
