25.01.2022 Altona Plumbing and Civil are proud to be associated with Georgiou Group on the $50.9 million project Scarborough Beach Redevelopment, which includes a pool, surf club facility, promenades, childrens playground and skate park. The project will help the area reach its potential as one of Australias best beaches. Altonas infrastructure scope of works included new Water and Fire Mains, Wastewater Pumping Stations and Wastewater Reticulation throughout the site.

25.01.2022 Altona recently attended the 2017 Master Plumbers & Gasfitters Association of WA (MPGA) Award for Excellence. We would like to take this time to congratulate all the winners. A good time was had by all; thanks to all involved in organising the night.

24.01.2022 Altona Plumbing and Civil was recently awarded the hydraulic services package at St John of God Hospital in Murdoch. The scope of works includes renovations of 161 rooms within the existing wards and provision of hydraulic services to a new chapel. We are working closely with the Client team to maintain program through open communication and provision of optimum resources.

17.01.2022 Altona Plumbing & Civil is excited to announce that work has now commenced on the Water Corporation Relocation Works for the Armadale Road to North Lake Road Bridge Project. The project involves the construction of a new four lane bridge which will extend over the Kwinana Freeway, connecting Armadale Road to North Lake Road, enabling drivers to bypass congestion at Cockburn Gateway. The new north facing on/off ramps will connect the bridge to both sides of the Kwinana Freeway, ensuring safer and more efficient merging conditions. Altona are excited to once again be working with Laing ORourke, BG&E and Main Roads WA, to deliver the project.

13.01.2022 The Little Sisters of the Poor Glendalough Home was originally constructed in 1953 and in need of demolition. In order to build a new complex on the adjacent lot, Altona Plumbing & Civil was required to upgrade the Wastewater Infrastructure. This was a complex project that involved deep excavation, dewatering, micro-tunnelling and trench shoring in close proximity to existing services.

11.01.2022 The Chevron Gorgon LNG Project (BWI) Treated Waste Water Holding Tank Situated at the Australian Marine Complex (AMC) Henderson, the tank and associated pipe work were constructed within 8 weeks, from placement of order to completion. The tank holds up to 2.6 million litres of treated waste water that is pumped ashore from a Platform Support Vessel (PSV). The works were undertaken direct for AMC Management on behalf of Kellog Joint Venture - Chevron Gorgon LNG Project (BWI).

09.01.2022 Our project team has recently returned from Christmas Island; successfully completing the Christmas Island Airport Fire/Sewer Upgrade Project in just 3 short weeks. This was definitely no holiday as they were hit by the local weather of tropical storms and high humidity.
