24.01.2022 So, why "ALTURA" and why "Raise Your Glass"? Altura, Spanish for "height" is inspired by those helping to raise others up to New Heights, in the hospitality industry, and beyond. I didn't want this to be just a source of inspiration, but I wanted to act on these words. Utilising this platform to help raise others up to New Heights. When enjoying Altura you are doing more than just drinking a cocktail, you are helping to raise up others. ... Through our partnership with @663tozero, as well as events that have gone on to benefit the Grenfell Tower Community in London, as well as menu listings in the US that have benefitted local organisations their, Altura has done it's part to be inspired by it's sources of inspiration, and raise up others to NEW HEIGHTS. This, is how you Raise Your Glass. This, is how you build a Legacy.

Had the pleasure of giving @bigmacsmallmouth and @uncle_chewie a quick online "masterclass" a few weeks back on all things ALTURA. Having won Australian Rum Bar of the Year multiple times while also earning multiple nominations at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, it's easy to see how Lobo has played such a large part in raising the Australian rum scene to NEW HEIGHTS. ... You'll find Altura still available at Lobo, where dozens have already gone across the bar! We'll Raise A Glass to that!
