25.01.2022 Norweld canopy tent and awning install With the norweld door opening hinges at the top we had to add extensions to the gen3 tent to awning brackets to allow clearance ! With the norweld ladder from factory we cut down the alucab supplied ladder so there is many options and also you dont have to put the ladder in the tent Overall a huge learning curve but the end result was fantastic!

24.01.2022 Well first full kit up to a RSI canopy Using 8 L brackets and nutserts to secure the alucab bars to the RSI canopy was just perfect Gap between the bottom of the tent was 65mm which is spot on for flex of canopy to tent gap Good to see Zoe and Micheal reading for a trip to tassie Ps get a 12v electric blanket for the tent u will need it

11.01.2022 Great fit up today onto a Hilux with a canvas canopy.. internal structure is steel with alloy top. Fitted the rhino rack roof bars through the supports with the stud and nut then bolt the rack to the stud independently works like a treat with no leaks. Wishing all the best to phill and jamie for there up comming Fraser trip. Ivan

06.01.2022 Ok guys for those who are interested Rhino cab canopy to alucab gen3 roof fitting.(minimal clearance) What we did was modify the alucab roof load bars to allow fitting directly to the rhino cab canopy at the lowest position via a alucab 20mm load bars and stainless right angle brackets The pics explain the process. This left 65mm from the bottom of the gen3 tent to the top of the cab roof..which is perfect for allowance for flex ! Hope you enjoy the pics and Mathews amarok(W...agga Wagga lad) Ivan See more
