24.01.2022 Graduation season continues. Congratulations to the students and staff of Brindabella Christian College. It was a pleasure to join Zed Seselja in recognising the achievements of the school community in 2019 and welcome the school leaders of 2020.

21.01.2022 Cherie Hately: Congratulations to the amazing Graduating Class of 1996. 1996 was a very special year for me too. In this year I came to O’Connor Christian School, as a young mum of four great children, and offered to volunteer my time to help at the school on my day off. Nearly 22 years later I’m still here, not a ‘young’ Mum anymore but as a Nannie to many. For those who may remember me as ‘Mrs Hately’, I look forward to catching up with you & wish you the best of God’s blessings.

19.01.2022 Over the weekend the Yr 10 Graduating Class of 1996 celebrated their 20th Anniversary. Congratulations!!! A number of current and former staff attended the festivities including Mrs Gilson, Mrs O’Connor, Ms Coombs and of course Mr Ken Seach. Ken said We had a great timeAnd lots of memories were shared including many camp stories. He was very happy to be invited and wishes everyone the best for 2017. 16.01.2022 Today our Year 12 students recieve their ATAR results. Students receiving awards at the Board of Senior Secondary Studies ‘Recognition of Excellence Ceremony 2017’ include Angela Parnell, Community Service Award; Julia Sandlant, Vocational Studios Award; Promjak Mohr, Performing/Visual Arts Award; and Stephanie Kingsman, Academic Studies Award. A summary of our Year 12 ATAR results are:... - 14 students received ATARs of 90 and above - 22 students received ATARs of 80 and above - Average ATAR of: 80.94 - Median ATAR of: 84.75 All students and their families can collect certificates and ATARs from Brindabella Christian College from 1:00 pm today. 13.01.2022 This week marked an important milestone in our Year 12 student’s progress with the ACT Scaling Tests (AST) being held over Tuesday and Wednesday. The AST scores of those students who complete a T package provide the basis for scaling course scores for students at the colleges they attend. A student's scaled course scores are then used in the calculation of that student's ATAR. Hence, the students have been preparing for these important tests for the last 18 months with regula...r training sessions and practices examinations with both Mrs. McMaster and Mr. Jones. The tests went off without a hitch and the students attitude and application to the tests was outstanding. They were also very thankful to the sacrifices made by others in the College to ensure they had a comfortable and quiet venue to complete this important series of examinations. Many thanks to all involved and we look forward to receiving the results later in the year. See more

10.01.2022 Yesterday Brindabella Christian College celebrated the end of Term 4 with the annual Presentation Night. Students in Junior, Middle & Senior Choir, Year 3 String Ensemble, Junior, Intermediate and Chamber String Orchestras together with drama and dance students presented a spectacular evening of entertainment. 07.01.2022 Social distancing and hand washing in the ELC is a fun learning experience for the young kids here at Brindabella.

06.01.2022 To the class of ’96. It is a delight to hear that so many of you are still in contact and planning a reunion. Even though I was not one of your class teachers the College was community minded and I remember many of you, by face if not by name. I am still on staff working in the library and with the ELCs at both campuses. It is uplifting to be with the little people who are so enthusiastic. Now we have children of previous staff members and ex-students attending the ELCs. It... is incredible to be part of this second generation of the Brindabella family. I wish you well with your 20th reunion. God Bless Miss Ann (previously coordinator of the Playschool).
