22.01.2022 Shared on behalf of Rugby Supporters Group Interested in sponsoring SPS Rugby in 2020? Sponsorship opportunities still exist for the 2020 season. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please click on the link below to review the sponsorship packages available. St Paul's will celebrate 60 years in 2020, so it would be a great opportunity to have your company logo on either the playing jersey or training shirt. https://www.dropbox.com//Sponsorship%20Packages%202020.pdf

21.01.2022 For those coming to tonight’s Past Students Soiree, we are still on despite some light rain! We are on the southern side of the rooftop and there will be signs pointing the way.

19.01.2022 We recently caught up with Coby Tomlins (Class of 2010) who gave us an update on her journey post St Paul’s; After leaving SPS I moved to the UK for 14 months, taking a keen interest in travel, how cities work and are planned. That, coupled with a family friend introducing me to urban planning as a career, ultimately shaped where I am today. I then moved back to Brisbane and studied at UQ: regional and town planning with First Class Honours, my research thesis was on the use... of social media as a tool for developing and reviewing planning policy frameworks, coupled with various experiences in both public and private sector (working throughout university) in Brisbane as a planner, with a strategic planning focus. I moved to Sydney, working again in the public and private sector. Most notable, the manager for large master planned strategic projects around the north-west metro line. There was a large focus on community-based planning and co-design of cities. I’m currently living in London where I am leading a new garden city project; planning and designing a new city through a bottom up and co-design approach, putting communities at the centre of how it’s planned from the outset (a key passion of mine). At the same time, I’m able to work full time and study part time, having been accepted to Cambridge University for Masters of Interdisciplinary Design for the built environment (urban design and sustainability). This focuses on how cities can be designed in a more sustainable way. My thesis will focus on the importance of co-design and co-creation of places with our communities to ensure their long-term success. Congratulations Coby. What an amazing journey so far. You’re obviously passionate about how places are developed for our future generations; we couldn’t be prouder! [Coby seen here formally matriculated as a Masters student to Cambridge University]
