24.01.2022 Full brother to our imported PRE mare Splendida II (aka Buttercup). Their sire, Exacto, has stamped them both with lovely movement and fantastic trainability and the good news is that Australian breeders have access to his frozen semen (which is excellent quality!). There are a few doses left and he crosses equally well with purebred mares and warmblood or TB mares.

23.01.2022 Milly’s first ride... normal people start their horses in a round yard for safety - but I love the trust that exists between me and these youngsters that I’ve bred. Super proud of this girl, she’s so sensible! Thanks to my amazing chaperones Buttercup and @Travis

21.01.2022 Expression of interest - early 2020 Valoration Tour In conjunction with NZ, we will again be doing a Valoration tour for horses that need to be presented for br...eeding approval. Horses must: Be inscribed (or eligible to be inscribed we still have time) and hold a Spanish passport Be a minimum of 3 years of age at the time of viewing (say, March 2020) Be a minimum of 154 cm for stallions and 152cm for mares Not have a broken crest For stallions, have two testicles present At this stage we are looking at expressions of interest so we can determine horse numbers and locations. Please respond by email to [email protected] Or private message via the PREAA Facebook page.

20.01.2022 We were privileged to provide our imported PRE mare Splendida II for a photoshoot showcasing an upcoming new brand of horse wear. When your bridle fits properly and looks this good, you don’t need bling on your browband!! Super impressed with the quality of the leather and innovative designs like the snap on browbands (they do have bling ones too!) which were a breeze to change and instantly updated her look, and the elasticated noseband which gave a smoother, nicer fit and... she could still happily graze all day in it. Head over to ameryequestrian.com and check out their range! Photo credit - Chandra Wilton Photography

16.01.2022 Super proud of this little one, trying her heart out to be the best horse she can, every single day Starting to find her happy place and have some fun! Alverose Imagination (Maddy)

15.01.2022 4yo WBxTB mare Alverose Olympia - slowly morphing into a dressage queen, I seriously LOVE this horse, there is something very very special about her!

13.01.2022 Super proud of this one today! Was a very difficult foal and I thought I was in big trouble with no idea how to handle her. Would not accept halter, would kick and bite and not be friendly at all!! Her last attempt to trim her hooves was a big struggle, with rearing, and we only just managed to get 2 fronts done. Today marked just how far she has come with patience and persistence - in the horrible weather, she accepted the halter readily, led her to the stables on her own (first time ever being there), she had a fork in the road moment at the entrance and she decided herself, on calmness!! She then sweetly allowed the farrier to trim ALL FOUR feet - no moving, no resistance, no tension, she stayed present and willing. This 6 month old foal has taught me so much already, can’t wait to see what other lessons are in store down the road

12.01.2022 So much harder to let these babies go once I start them! Can you believe this mare has only had a handful of rides?? She is WOW, just loves to work!

12.01.2022 Throwback to Summer and taking this gentle giant for his first ride in the forest

06.01.2022 This is Milly, a 4yo WB x TB mare that we bred. This is the 2nd time I have sat on her with a saddle, the first time I have actively asked something of her. She has been lunged in the arena maybe 5 or 6 times for about 15 minutes in the last 3 months. I love how relaxed she is, and how she is interested in everything. When I mount and use my legs, she doesn't know what this means and so she looks around to see what is making that feeling?! But she doesn't react, she is just c...urious, because she already trusts me, and from our previous dealings, she knows that I will not put her in a situation where she has no control, even if something is new and uncomfortable, she will try it, and I will reward her for the smallest effort. Today she learned a pattern of figure 8 at the walk and we had a little trot on the circle. This is how we like to start all of our horses - it makes it easy - no bucking broncos, no stressing, no sweating, it means baby joints and brains are looked after and we both look forward to the next session. When I had finished, I took her bridle off and she was still happy to follow me back to the stable naked - this is my test to see if I have pushed too hard/ fast and made too many mistakes. Luckily, this time, I did ok, and she stayed with me! (And when she looks up in the video, it is because my husband is lighting dead gorse bushes on fire and the other horses are running around!) 05.01.2022 Been patiently waiting for this one to mature... exciting year ahead and best of all, she’s not for sale!

05.01.2022 Alverose Olympia - 16h, 4yo half sister to Royal Oak II, being started under saddle. **SOLD** Video is of her first time wearing a saddle today, this mare has an exceptional temperament, the sweetest nature and a bright future ahead of her.

04.01.2022 I cannot recommend Clare Andrew from Whole Horse enough. Apart from being probably the nicest human you will ever meet, she is incredibly knowledgeable and brilliant at finding what is bothering your horse!! This little pony will be feeling different in the morning, that’s for sure
