Indoor air pollution and poor indoor air quality (resulting from dust, debris build-up in a home or business) can not only compromise individuals suffering from respiratory illness but can help carry/transmit virus attached to particles of dust, debris in the home/office air. Knowing these facts and while our work is still an essential service, our team will be providing our ...services to those still needing their Air-Conditioning / Heating systems serviced or installing new systems in time for this winter, so your unit works efficiently through these lock down times. We are service agents to various nursing homes and will follow the right procedures in accordance to the safe practices the government and health authorities have set out. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? 1) Call to arrange an appointment time. 2) Please inform our office if you or someone currently living in your home is under quarantine conditions or has a fever, or is in anyway sick with symptoms such as cough, sore throat, we will need to postpone your visit until the person(s) are feeling better, out of quarantine or has not ran a fever for at least 72 hours. 3) We ask that from here on all clients and technicians remain at least 1.5m apart as recommended. In order to ensure this, we ask that all clients refrain from greeting our technicians at the door. If you are home, we can call notify you of our arrival on site and will get you to unlock the door our technicians will let themselves in during their expected arrival. 4) During this time we will only be excepting Direct Debt or Credit Card Via the Phone- Please note there will be a 2.2% per transaction fee for Credit Cards.
