23.01.2022 Investing in our future is not only a corporate but a social responsibility that we at Always Synergy believe in wholeheartedly. Always Synergy are proud to sponsor the Leadership Scholarship offered through Western Sydney University and we would like to congratulate the 2018 Synergy recipient, Mathew Teudor, a first year Civil Engineering student. When searching for philanthropic opportunities amongst the plethora of worthy causes, the Leadership Scholarship stood out as I... wanted our firm to help support education for refugees, and provide practical face to face mentoring and support to a recipient, so as to amongst other things, help them to assimilate and add value to their new home, Australia so that they can quickly obtain a sense of worth and belonging. The current yearly contribution Synergy makes is part of a 3 year commitment I would hope that through Synergys financial support and my professional experience working as a Civil Engineer together with the network I have within that industry, I will be able to help Mathew navigate his studies and steer his career towards the best path for success. I think Mathew has a wonderful outlook on life, is steadfast with his resolve to succeed and has a bright future in leadership. Joseph Merhi, CEO. 22.01.2022 Congratulations to our General Manager Bassel Georges who recently graduated from UNSW Sydney with his Master of Business Administration (Executive). When asked what his greatest learning was, Bassel shared that my greatest learning has been centred around the need for agility in an ever changing landscape, both technologically and socially. Being customer centric and embracing the diversity of talent on offer is paramount. How will you use your studies to enhance your rol...e with Synergy? Having a CEO who is also an Executive MBA alumni has allowed me to see the application of many principles in practice. Having graduated some 10 years later I will be looking to enhance our resources and capabilities in response to the ever increasing disruptions within our social economic climates, and our ability to capitalise on that. Congratulations once again Bassel and we look forward to seeing and sharing more in the year ahead. See more

04.01.2022 Always Synergys management team would like to extend our warmest thanks to all of our hard working and outstanding staff (in NSW, QLD and Victoria), for all of their time and energy over the demanding Christmas and New Years period! We deeply appreciate all of your efforts to make it a great success and wish you a prosperous 2013.

03.01.2022 Christmas is a time for families and friends to gather and share in festivities, gift giving, and good food, away from the demands of work. It is a time when those who have left, come home from all over the country, and even the world, to celebrate with their loved ones. For us in the security industry, Christmas is made much more significant. Tasked to protect the clients, venues and staff we seldom have time to spend with our families, even for the occasional birthdays and ...anniversaries. And even though Christmas Day and the New Years celebration is no different. Those of us in the industry know, our work knows no day or time, just knowing that our families and friends are celebrating this holiday in safety strengthens our dedication to our duties. So for the security staff that are home with your loved ones, maximize this opportunity to celebrate the holidays with your family and friends. For those staff that are working, the holiday break is fast approaching. Soon enough will be your chance to reconnect with your families and we hope that those days would be filled with joy. It is therefore in this spirit of goodwill that the Always Synergy management team offer our best wishes for the holiday season to you, your families and friends.

02.01.2022 Story from the Gold Coast Bulletin. Horror comes in one punch for Dylan Crawford-Kama, 15, in an induced coma after he was hit at an end-of-school party. LESS than a week ago, Jess Crawford and her eldest child shared a passionate conversation about life and death.... Seated in the family car, the mother-of-five and Dylan Crawford-Kama, 15, discussed the balcony death that had rocked Schoolies 2012. She told him of the friends she had lost in similar tragedies, of the mates who had died from senseless punches to the head. She urged him to live life but to do so with care. "We were having this deep conversation," Ms Crawford, of Currumbin on the Gold Coast, recalled. "We would have talked about it for an hour, and two days later we were here." "Here" is the intensive care ward of the Gold Coast Hospital, a place every parent dreads being summoned to in a late-night phone call. For Ms Crawford, that phone call came about 10.30pm last Thursday. "I could hear (my daughter) Tianna in her room and yelled out Why are you still on the phone? and she came out in tears," she said. "By the time I could say Whats up? my phone was ringing. I saw it was one of Dylans female friends and immediately knew something was wrong." Dylan had been punched following an end-of-school party, with the Year 10 graduate falling backwards and hitting his head on the ground. A verbal altercation is alleged to have sparked the incident, with a 16-year-old boy since charged with grievous bodily harm and set to be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act. No one can say what Dylans future holds, with the national surf lifesaving champion in an induced coma. "Its day by day at the moment," Ms Crawford said. "Theres bleeding and swelling . . . and hes in a coma to allow the brain time to rest. "When I got (to the hospital) I was certain Id be able to just go, Dylan, Mums here, snap out of it but when that didnt happen, it was horrific. When they tell you theyve had to sedate him and put him in intensive care, its surreal." As Dylans family and friends maintained their waiting room vigil yesterday, his junior surf lifesaving coach spoke of a teen who had already achieved so much. "Hes a phenomenal kid," Burleigh Heads Mowbray Park SLSCs Ty Dowker said. "Hes the type of kid every parent would want to have and every kid wants to hang around." Ms Crawford said she wanted Dylans photo in the paper as a warning to others. "Sometimes the visual thing is the only thing people will respond to," she said. "The (one punch can kill) message obviously isnt getting through. "Some people are probably sitting at home thinking, Oh, Dylans in hospital after getting hit in the head but hes all good. Until they see him looking as bad as he is, they just dont realise (what one punch can do)."

02.01.2022 Stay tuned for more....
