05.01.2022 Only 3C this morning, feels like -1C, a good morning to pull the covers up and stay in bed. But with storms and hail forcast later on, I decided to brave the cold and get a dose of fresh air and morning sunshine. What a great way to clear the mind, get the blood pumping and get set for the day? The sun did shine for me, so it was nice to take in the beauty of nature and signs of Spring on the way! 01.01.2022 I'm pleased to announce that Always Bowen is NOW OPEN. This is unrelated to the Premier's roadmap announcement Sunday, but due to Bowen Therapy being re-classified as "a remedial therapy similar to remedial massage". The Bowen Therapists Federation of Australia (BTFA) have just now received comfirmation from the relevant government departments that Bowen Therapists operating under Stage 3 restrictions are allowed to resume practice. The BFTA made their initial enquiry in early July and it has taken until now for the authorities to respond.
