24.01.2022 I would love this to go global or to start with Australia in this very chaotic and very testing time in our lives. We are all connected as one and if we were to put our hands on our smiling heart at the exact time and to feel the strength and hope of everyone we will then not only hear our own heartbeat - but also knowing the whole of Australia and maybe the world are listening to theirs and beating as one and in our hearts - saying a little prayer of thanks and gratitude.... 24.01.2022 I want to thank so many people helping me through my recovery from extensive head surgery especially my family a special thank you to my Daughter Leanne who has gone out of her way for me. Forever grateful sweetheart. The love shown is incredible. Always Love is my mantra and it has flowed back to me when I needed it most. Also when people have reach out to me for help and when I have explained my circumstance the understanding and love has been immeasurable. I’m healing well... because of all the support that I have received and everyone who have prayed for me, thank you. Also my faith is that miracles have definitely happened. My prayers were answered when at times of being very low he lifted me up Thank You my Dad who is one of my guides calls who we know as God (The Ever Loving Being) and he is. I have been saved many times in my life from very bad situations and I have known for a long time I have seen and have been helped by Earth Angels. The accident that caused this head injury was another miracle where I was saved. So I’m determined and believe I’m coming back stronger with an even more loving heart to do the best that I can. 20.01.2022 Hello beautiful people, I’ve found I’ve been reading and seeing things that are just plain disgusting and fear based. I know it’s like a bad dream for everyone at the moment but we have to remember how special everything is around us, that should never change and that is smiling and laughter remember how that feels. Children need to see it and so do adults. This - what has happened is traumatic and also disruptive but there is definitely still Rainbows to remind us of bette...r days to come. The Sun shining down to warm - not only our skin but our souls. The wonder of fresh raindrops that smells so sweet. Even a thunderstorm makes us feel alive and to cuddle up in bed listening to it is magic. Our fury babies teach us so so much with getting on with life, enjoying simple pleasures like sitting next to us or snuggled right up. Looking forward to their mealtimes, chasing a ball, racing around because they feel happy just playing, it’s wonderful to watch. We need to still be grateful like always for what we do have. This is a time to share our understanding and love of everybody around us. If someone is sick and scared, they didn’t commit a crime. They have feelings and are just as important as they were yesterday before they became sick. Please don’t treat people like they are no longer important as long as you are ok. That’s so wrong. Of course we have a right to have the government move quickly on this. It’s their duty to keep us safe but also it’s our duty to be compliant and be mindful. Hysteria will never win. So in our homes put on music and dance dance like nobody is watching and maybe video it and start plastering FB showing how much fun you are having and get the kiddies involved. Sing while you make some pancakes yummy now I’m hungry. Remember this is a big hiccup but it will be over before you know it and I feel the world will be better place because we will have witnessed what we don’t want to happen again. 20.01.2022 Well hasn’t it been a whirlwind of a year so far. I feel there’s a message in our hearts that yet has to surface. It’s not a new belief but a new way of embracing it. We are creatures of habits and we are gradually being lulled out of this very practical but dangerous way of being. We all do have the capacity to exercise a different way of thinking to gain an inner strength to have every right to live by the principles of greatness, that still is productive - but with the ...pride and blessings of kindness in whatever is your journey, it shouldn’t be fraught by greed. While we have been forced to live differently this year, it should be used to recognise we are not any better than the next person and if you perceive to believe you are, then I feel you are doing yourself and all a disservice. You may not realise this but people who are so grateful for the simplest of possessions are normally the most giving. This caring of our Family Friends Neighbours and strangers that we are seeing happening all over the world, at this time in history, should never leave us. I believe this is why I - we have heard the saying - THE AWAKENING My love and prayers go out to all our fellow human beings, to ease their pain and for the Angels to comfort those who have had to endure so much heartache. In the wild nature knows exactly what to do but there are seasons when the rain doesn’t come or the sun doesn’t shine. These are dormant times and once nature delivers, the beautiful cycle begins again. Our life on Earth is very similar. We start off as a baby in all of our innocence and perfection. Our nourishment...s come from pure love in all it’s glory from our parents. If this is withheld, we struggle to survive, in all facets of life. 17.01.2022 It does make sense to feel this way. It feels like we woke up one morning and our world changed and how do we possibly make sense of it. We are living day to day with no actual silver linings at the moment but we do have each other. Hope is paramount and to all hold on to this. Praying doesn’t hurt either. It gives us a belief system to hold onto that we are not alone in this. Laughter is so needed to reduce stress, so keep that SOH going. It sure has helped me many times. 16.01.2022 Hello I haven't posted for a while and there are reasons we take a break from ourselves. Things didn't work out the way I thought was apparent. I have been living heartbreak and I have screamed at God for answers and I remembered a song by Garth Brooks - Un Answered Prayers- Sometimes through tears and pain we feel so alone and bit by bit a glimmer, a ray of light slowly starts to dry our tears and fall we do but again we are reminded by a special hug from a stranger who s...elflessly gives back what you have given, to instil in us that we are appreciated and loved. When I give my all with what has been given to me by the universe it fills my heart with joy and to stay humble. I love horses - to see them run free is a huge lesson for all of us. Freedom is everything. Free from negativity, free from lies, free from shackles that lock up our hearts. We have to run free to fulfil us and to let another free soul in. 12.01.2022 I have given this a lot of thought about sharing. I decided having this special miracle happen can give people hope and comfort that our loved ones find a way to let us know that they are with us including our fury babies. I took a couple of photos on Mother’s Day before I went to be with my family. It was a nice sunny day and because I haven’t been where I live now long and have nature around me, which is such a blessing, I wanted to capture some of it. To my astonishment t...his photo was very different. The glow around me blocks the background and on my forehead you can see like a blue dot up from there are two eyes in my hair and I now realise I can see my dear Molly even her unique expression I can see. My beautiful miniature schnauzer who left to go home where she can be happy bless her my beautiful sweetheart. I wasn’t with my Molly when she crossed the rainbow bridge and it will always hurt so much. It’s so clear to me now. At first I could only see my mother if you look at that dot again and see it as an eye and looking down from it I can see my Mums image. The only thing is my mum had brown eyes. All I know is how beautiful it is and how blessed I felt on Mother’s Day. Now each time I see this it humbles me. Some people will say it is only to do with my phone or a reflection of my cat but he wasn’t outside when this was taken and my other two photos are normal in the same spot. Sending my love to all who need some solace or are going through hard times or even to all who are very happy this is a reminder to keep being this way even though challenges that might arise. 12.01.2022 I’m sitting here reflecting, which with me - can be dangerous In all seriousness though, we are living in a time of palpable losses, of feeling we are not in control and freedoms seem just out of reach. Our beautiful World and it’s strengths and weaknesses have been through many catastrophes and blessings, somehow we always find our way. Our resiliences we should be proud of. We are all unique but should never be separated by fear. Yes there are forces at work that don’t... sit well but they are the minority and we should never give them fuel to grow just because we are scared and vulnerable at times. Draw on history to remind yourself how fear is so devastating and instead put on that hat of commonsense and listen to what sits right and that we are all in this together and no one is out to harm us, only our insecurity’s. Yes it’s frightening to give over to something that’s unfamiliar but that has happened many times looking back on history. We really do care for each other. You only have to look at individual cases where - another soul puts their own life in jeopardy to save another. How we see an outpouring of love for someone that passes that has been such an inspiration to our world or in a personal way that is private. People Do Care and love each other. I believe judging people and situations is so hurtful and futile, and I believe we’ve all been guilty of this sometimes. Instead - think first then maybe you will see a different perspective and your energy will be put into something worthwhile. If not walk away and don’t fuel the situation. We will definitely come out of this with such gratitude of what we may have taken for granted and our world will be the blessing it always was and is So look forward with new lenses and a gusto of believing in knowing much better times are in the near foreseeable future, on a new and much better horizon This I truly believe God Bless Always Love Sandra Ayres

04.01.2022 This is what I received and wrote a year ago and it feels right to share it again... Hello I thought I would do some auto writing and see what the universe wants people to hear. I do receive messages and I hope this will help and give peace ... Sometimes when we are low a nightingale sings the sweetest song, that only certain souls will acknowledge, we will hear when we are ready. While we sleep a lot of things happen, that’s beyond our comprehension. We are not in control. We are visited many times and caressed into a soft murmur of truth. When we awaken it’s already working, to navigate our journey. We pray for help or we pray to thank God for our blessings, either way no one is alone. If ignored then we will have to be shown again and again until we listen. If not then we will take another journey feeling totally alone. Allow yourself to be free and to somehow find what is in your destiny, which you will know by the feeling in your consciousness. Through all the tears of anguish cold as it might seem, there is an answer that’s not ready for you to embrace as yet. God will allow the timing for when you are ready for your truth. Only then, will it become apparent of all the pain you may have had to endure. Allow people in - allow yourself to trust again. Sometimes our sight is faulty and we don’t understand our gifts, that take us on a journey to find an inner peace, that’s everyone’s right whether young or as we mature. Some of us have to go in the ring to fight more than others, but the lesson is, that it’s not punishment it is a gift to embrace and be able to pick someone up who may have fallen temporarily and it might just take the right words, to let that person fly - like holding onto a bird, that’s nursed and giving it’s freedom to survive on it’s own knowledge and resources, a metaphor for humankind to take into your hearts.
