On 23rd April at 1pm, Erina centre, the JRPP (Joint Regional Planning Panel) will be holding a very importa...nt meeting that will help to determine the shape of our City and it's future.. They will be deciding on, and hopefully APPROVING, "Mariners Plaza" (old Union Hotel site development). but we need your help to get this over the line. For all you positive people out there we need you to come along and show massive support for this development. Let's show the JRPP that we want this future vision for our City. Let's show the JRPP that we don't want to be stuck in the dark ages of planning and vision that once was. Our City needs this desperately.. your capital City needs it's life back - so please help us.. We will be speaking on it's behalf to the panel.. the economic effect such developments will have on our City is HUGE... For those that may not be aware the project is being developed by Gosford City Development Pty Ltd, with an estimated value of $190 million. The project will comprise of two residential towers above a podium containing a hotel, licensed pub, retail spaces and supermarket. The project will also deliver a brand new premium hotel with function rooms, gym and pool deck with associated restaurants and bar. It will comprise 134 rooms over 7 levels and provide underground parking for 135 cars.
