18.01.2022 JUNIOR SOCIAL SATURDAY 6th March 2021 We hopped on our bus to park hop, our Junior's had a run for their morning with a Park tour of Geelong's local parks. Our first stop was Gateways Sanctuary Park in Leopold, this one was a favorite that seemed to be just for us on the day, the group found ducks and natural ways to play and have fun. They then hopped over to the favorite Armstrong Creek District Park for some more fun in the sun. This type of group activity is great for keeping little minds active, engaged and burning loads of morning energy. #friendships #activekidsactiveminds #workingtogethertohavefun #naturalexploration #programs #juniorparkrun #anxietysupport #autismawareness #supportworkersrock #parksgeelong #invisibleillness #BuildingFriendships

16.01.2022 Our new program INTRODUCING LEGO CLUB Free play is how children develop their imagination - the foundation for creativity. Curiosity asks WHY and imagines possible explanations. Playfulness asks WHAT IF and imagines how the ordinary becomes extraordinary, fantasy or fiction. Dreaming it is a first step towards doing it. 07.01.2022 That’s a wrap for week 1 of our School Holiday Program.

04.01.2022 Don’t forget NOMINATIONS for the Australian Disability Service Awards close on Friday 15 October 2021. So there is just one week left to get nominations in! It is time to acknowledge and celebrate the amazing people and organisations that are working tirelessly in our passionate industry. If you know a worthy person, program, product or organisation please go to www.adsca.com.au for more details and to nominate.... Our goal is to deliver a highly professional, credible and valued award event for the disability service sector. As an inaugural event there is no track record to demonstrate our success, however we have been extremely grateful for the support and trust from the industry so far. It is important to us to attract fair representation from all states and territories across Australia. If you can help spread the word, we would be extremely grateful. We look forward connecting with many of you on 17 February 2022 to collectively acknowledge and recognise many of the outstanding achievements in the disability service sector. #adsca #nominateus #programs #support #supportworkersrock #SupportSmallBusiness #supportlocalbusiness #awards

02.01.2022 Saturday 6th March CircArts The group warmed up with some stretching and movement, then moved onto rotation of balancing, box jumps, tumbling and cartwheels. Once our bodies were warmed up and were limber, we got to work on the silks!!!! This was by far the favourite and got everyone upside down for some strength training. Holding that candle pose was a challenge but all our group loved trying to master it. The instructors at CircArts were great at building teamwork and coordination. When asked if everyone had fun and would come back next week everyone had a YES answer for us. Absolutely loved every minute of this program! #programs #circarts #BuildingFriendships #exercise #circus #trapeze #cartwheels #candlepose #funtimes #workingtogethertohavefun #supportworkersrock #mental#autismawareness #anxietysupport #invisibleillness
