This is a really hard time for so many of us and I know a lot of people dont want to be around crowds atm so I just wanted to post that my salon is a home salon and I will be making extra effort to try and have just one person in at most times although there may be an overlap and wanted to ensure you all that great hygiene will be practiced at all times with plenty of hand sanitizer on hand and i even Have tissues and face masks. 11.01.2022 Amalli Hair Policies and Procedures Before applying any form of hair extensions, a full consultation will be carried out by the technician and a declaration must be signed to state that you have read and understood these terms. During the consultation the service being provided will be fully discussed and agreed upon by both the technician and the client with complete transparency.... A letter of Authenticity and the order numbers for your hair can be provided upon request. All extension applications will have a before and after picture taken. We only ever use High Quality Russian Remy Hair from a trusted Australian Supplier. Platinum Lockz. The hair extensions should be maintained every six weeks to avoid any matting/slipping as per manufacturers instructions. Failure to do this will result in any guarantee being null and void. If, within that six weeks there are any that have slipped or broken they will be put back in or replaced free of charge. The recommended shampoos and conditioner should be used to ensure the best care and longevity of the hair extensions and to enable the extensions to be replaced by the supplier if any problems occur. If you or a 3rd Party have altered the hair by way of colouring or straightening the bonds any guarantee will be null and void. Any concerns must be made directly to the salon. If there is a problem with the hair it will be sent in for testing and if faulty it will be replaced. We do not give cash refunds but will solve any problem that may occur. If no concerns have been made directly to the salon but have been publicized that then makes any guarantee null and void. In the rare case that there is a concern with colour match/cut or blend it is to be raised directly to the salon and it will be changed per clients desired result. No cash refunds will be given. 05.01.2022 Took the colour to a nice chocolate brown and removed a full head of wefts as they were too bulky and putting too much tension on my clients fine hair so we replaced with 100 Russian remy Nano beads which are much less damaging for the hair , less bulky and much less visible.
