15.01.2022 ANZAC Day is Saturday 25th April. This year due to social distancing restrictions, Amamoor State School would like to encourage students and families to participate in a "Driveway Salute" to remember all those who have served and sacrificed this ANZAC Day. In the absence of marching this year, we invite all students and their families to participate in a minutes silence at 6am. This is an official state-wide initiative endorsed by the RSL. Students who play an instrument are encouraged to perform a rendition of "The Last Post". Alternatively an online version can be found at the following link with the official bugle call of The Last Post featuring "The Rouse" which times the one minute silence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iD7ZfvegAUk
