24.01.2022 Good morning everyone Well we are back on again this week for a Thursday delivery It look like we are still going to be doing it a bit tough for some time yet My meal packages will hopefully make life a little easier for you With a little less time at the shops ... With 5 x 5 different meals & a sweet treat to feed a family of approx 5 for $220 Delivery to your door No contact Just pop out your crate or as most of us do Washing basket and we will Fill it with your goodies This weeks meals will be I mentioned last week to my regulars that I was thinking of doing # Braised short beef ribs Served with rosemary smashed potatoes # Pulled ham shoulder , Cooked in a cheese & onion macaroni bake topped with toasty Parmesan crumble ! # Buffalo chicken wings served with a crunchy slaw and a ranch dressing # Quesadilla filled with a Mexican beef & bean mince served with a tomato & jalapeño dressing & sour cream # I love chicken Snittys and I know most families do so I thought I would do this week with With My green peppercorn sauce ! # For your sweet treat this week Sammy made up for us to try Some yummy mini lavender cup cakes Oh Lordy lord they were so good I thought we would try them out on you all this week ! 23.01.2022 Christmas is coming and my Christmas ham packages are up again with an assortment of others goodies to add to your package ! Anyone that hasn’t had my Christmas Day ham package know it just makes life on Christmas Day a little easier for you all to enjoy packages below this year for pick up will be on the 23rd December or if orders are over $500 can deliver to your door Ham Package for $290 includes Ham All ready for you to pop in the oven... Injected with Maple syrup & lime the hams , are rubbed with a ginger & brown sugar glaze ! *trays of Rosemary salted smashed potatoes & desserts either mini pavs with berry compote or ginger & date sticky puddings with butterscotch sauce! If you would like to add to your ham package I am doing * baby spinach , Chargrill pumpkin & spiced beetroot salad sprinkled with mixed seeds finished with a honey & tahini dressing *Marinated salmon confit , served with pickled Spanish onion & dressed with a dill sour cream & caper dressing . *Those that have had my delivered food packages would know about my Caesar salads at my house this is a must for us my kids just go mad for it ! 21.01.2022 What a busy little weekend that was for us with 4 grazing tables created ! We had a few themes ! Tropical , 21 st and the last one was for my Very own grand bubba Doug for a baby shower ! Entering the world in about 8 weeks ... So proud I have all 4 of my favourite girls including our baby girl bump ! Looking just stunning with mums to be glowing Janessa Douglass In front of P. S Belltent Creations my daughters business that is just perfect for Baby showers , hens days just a girls chill out session! 14.01.2022 Had the pleasure to cater for this beautiful lady Dianne yesterday and create this grazing table for her partners birthday! We love doing these tables at peoples homes but are still only limited to a certain amount of people. All this food for a group of 20, I bet you there will be lots of left overs for days, the joys of in house catering

12.01.2022 Covid has brought many changes to all our life’s , some good some bad In our Personal & our business life’s we have had to make many changes ! For me when it all started I was lucky enough to quickly start up the home deliveries of food packages weekly to many families which helped us all out ! With my catering coming back with many events back on , weddings @Stanley Park home catering , my Hi teas at beautiful Tanilba House etc , small numbers of 20 and under at Homes that ...many are wanting With not wanting to go out to restaurants and feel rushed and be safe in a home environment Being there is not always an option for me with the catering back most weekends in full force ! so we have been doing menus up and many dishes that we can work around , that is easy for you. Where you may just need to finish cooking say your meat , or fish that I have all loved up cook or reheat , pop your potatoes in oven veg all loved up to heat back up in the microwave Salads & sides all bowled up ready to go on table , rolls ready to pop in oven You feel like the chef and get all the glory So easy for you All ready to go delivered and set up with full Instructions on how to do ! With a quieter weekend this weekend thank god after being smashed last weekend with 4 drop offs and 2 weddings I am happy with 2 drop off tonight & a small graze for 15 tomorrow ! I hope my instructions help out a bit It will be a Thursday delivery again this week ,gives me time to still do weekend catering as we are still managing to fit in a couple of catering events , I was privileged enough to cater a small weeding a 60th & 80th birthday celebration this weekend gone past ! We have 5 x 5 different meals & a sweet treat to feed a fa...mily of approx 5 for $220 Delivery to your door No contact We Just ask that you pop out your crate or Something on the day of delivery so We can fill it with your goodies for the week This weeks menus # Spiced Turkey & sweet potato patties served with Carrot hummus & Turkish buns Just need to add your salad # Hoison, ginger & Smokey bbq sauce marinated chicken drumsticks # Now this one might seem a bit strange But I want to try this upside down quiche With Bacon & spinach , Topped with a crunchy French onion cheddar crust , you will just have to pour in the mix and bake it & serve with a salad or greens # Nolan steaks served with a mushroom cream sauce # Pesto lemon chicken served with a warm Risoni & pea salad For your sweet treat this week a thought muffins # Banana & maple muffins Would be great to have our orders in by Monday afternoon! 03.01.2022 Grazing in abundance this weekend this is our 1 st one for a beautiful 21 st Happy birthday Ella 1 down & 2 to go tomorrow not always this lucky to do 3 grazing table in a weekend as doesn’t always fall into place like that !

03.01.2022 It seems to be that the catering is coming back to full strength again from Covid for us ! As wow we had a busy little weekend and not yet finished with events tonight & tomorrow ! Of course with a bit of a difference with small groups to cater at homes , delivered meals for small groups all prepared with a run sheet to finish off your self and prentend to be the chef ! I know you do , and that’s ok ! or pick ups for groups for parties as we didn’t want to disappoint on Sat...urday ! And off course just because I must love to double book myself My amazing team Did our beautiful hi teas at the gracious Tanilba House on Sunday as I wasn’t able to be there this time well done girls ! As I was out with Jess at another one of our majestic venue Stanley Park that we cater weddings venues for their bridal open day where I loved meeting all the new potential couples that are getting married ! I hope you all enjoyed the tasting plates we prepared for you A great photo from the weekend with one of my beautiful families that supported us through Covid with an event at their home where we were asked to incorporate their stand for them they lovingly named it chicken wing dippin thing god love em and present to the birthday boy We filled it with chicken snitty sliders and pulled pork buns with apple slaw That filled them up We finally stumped them See more

Due to I was back catering Hi teas At Beautiful #tanilbahouse yesterday was so lovely to be back it felt like an outing So having a catch up and deliveries will be on Friday this week with ... With our contact free delivery to your door To feed approx 5 people in your family With 5 different items on the menu $220 Or I am offering now a couple pack to feed 2 at $110 And don’t forget your sweet treat We just ask that if you can leave out your crate or washing basket on delivery day We will contact you on the day when we are leaving on your delivery run So this week I have come up with the weather being so cold but I can see spring is peaking through a bit of a mixed menu So 1st up and I know you love this on Is # Slow cooked Moroccan lamb shanks Served with a sweet potato & Almond crumble # My Caesar salad With all the trimmings crispy bacon, egg & crunchy Parmesan croutons and my homemade dressing ! # Texan pulled pork served on buns With slaw # Spinach & ricotta flat breads served with home made Greek Tzatziki there is a big difference between bought and made # I have really been wanting to try this dish for a while so I going to pop it on while the weather is still cool enough to enjoy A # Chicken & ham gumbo The good thing about this one you can add to it , you can add prawns , chorizo other vege to it I will make the base and have your Sour dough drizzled with garlic & herb oil Ready to pop in the oven & off you go ! 01.01.2022 Wow we are in February 2021 already and I haven’t posted for 6 weeks What a slacker ! But started the year with a bang with two beautiful local weddings just love that , one after the other just to keep me on my toes ! Then thanks goodness have had a few weeks off cooking so was able to do some catching up , with new venues , clients , menus , new website up and running all the side of the business that is hard to get to when I am cooking most of time during the year ! 2021... is shaping up to be a very busy year already , but covid as I m sure with all has taught us a new way to work with business And I seem to be able to fit in more than I have before with drop off menus to smaller groups , grazing , and smaller intimate groups than before would never take on ! Happy new year to all I know I am late let’s hope this year for all is best we can make it for our selves !
