07.01.2022 Hello from me! Hope you are all staying well & safe! Such a strange time for us all! Seven months into 2020 & we are all experiencing the same thing! Each of us handling this situation in different ways!But What a great time for self love, self care... some iso things to do if you haven’t already 1. Look after your skin, do more facemasks, cleanse, moisturise. Drink more water.... I need to get the water intake up that’s for sure! 2. Bake some healthy treats ... 3. Go for walks, even 20 min around the block, break up your day! Or youtube yoga if you’ve wanted to try it but never do, or a dance class. Dancing is so much FUN! 4. Make a goals list, vision board. Small goals even help with what you want to achieve for the day! 5. Take naps or a day on the couch binging shows! 6. Clean out your closets, co ordinate your clothes - this can be so much fun! 7. Organise your photos albums. 8. Watch that movie that makes you feel good! or listen to that album that soothes your soul & makes you happy! 9. Make that online grocery shopping account you’ve been putting off! 10. Wear a mask at ALL times when leaving the house!!!! & Don’t beat yourselves up for having a crap day, ride the waves & emotions, call your friends or family to debrief & let it out!
