An NHC family favourite Crispy Chicken Tacos Tips- It’s all in the ingredient selection and preparation- eg buy the 100% corn tortillas NOT the ones full of wheat and chemicals. ... Bake don’t fry. Add a rainbow of veg in a fun way. I love to pan fry my corn in a little butter, lots of smoked paprika and salt . The sweet potato also has smoked paprika for flavour. The cabbage is lightly pickled so it brightens up the whole dish and super nutritious and much Easier to eat because it is soft and yummy. A little consciousness and creativity goes a long way in both results AND enjoyment This is the NHC way
10.01.2022 A bit late I know but I decided to really throw my all into 2021 I hope you all had a safe Christmas break? We were lucky enough to have some friends make it up before the border restrictions kicked in, but weren’t so lucky with family. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we can all be together again! So I’m just a few days into our Naked Health Challenge and I’m already feeling lighter and brighter!... Less bloating Emotional fog is lifting Eyes and skin clearer Bounced out of bed this morning Actually craving my protein smoothie already today! I am a bit sore from the workouts, but that’s what I get for being a lazy bum and enjoying the last few weeks a bit much No regrets I started this challenge to feel more empowered with my health choices and the next 6 weeks (and beyond) I’m dedicated to not just following the program, but learning and growing too!
