16.01.2022 Chicken Cabonara - garlic herb dip mix

16.01.2022 1 tin condensed milk, 360 grams desiccated coconut, add OMG Vinegar or Choc Powder of choice and mix well. Roll into balls and freeze 30 minutes. Coat in melted chocolate and pop back in freezer until set. Will keep in air tight container in the fridge for 5 days. (Like they will last that long )

13.01.2022 Chicken noodle soup with an Asian kick! Really warms you up!!!!

10.01.2022 One tin tray of cupcake or Yorkshire pudding tins, cup cake paper moulds. Crumble up some digestive biscuits mix together with melted butter place in bottom of cupcake paper holders then freeze for 10 mins. Meanwhile mix cream cheese vanilla sugar then melt some marshmallows in a pan or microwave then mix into the cream cheese mix then add to chilled biscuit base replace in freezer for 20 minutes. While they are there whip up some double cream add the chocolate powder whichever one you choose then spoon over cream cheese mix. Place in fridge for 30 mins. Top with mini marshmallows and either grill for 5 mins or use a blow torch to brown.
