25.01.2022 There is a strange OK ness, through this slow down right now! It’s a weird new pace, that I’m getting quite comfortable with - a massive reset button has been hit. So while we are in this new tempo - let’s free yoga together for the next month So here’s the rub, ... 2x 30 min classes are on offer Saturday 7:30am - active classic stretch (warm) Sunday 4pm - beginner friendly (calm) What you need to do hit the BOOK now button on the Studio Namaste Yoga and Wellness Facebook page add your deets, confirm you’re spot 15 mins before class you’ll be sent a zoom link to your email. press the link and boom you’re in my lounge room A few things to know about online yoga Keep your audio muted - until class finishes! Be class ready, stretch pants, mat, props etc. Always move mindfully at your own pace. And if your new to my class - send me a message so we can get to chat and talk injuries. Ok last thing! Only 8 spots per class Moving with the times my friends x

19.01.2022 Life outside us is changing and shifting rapidly . Shopping tantrums (bulk buying) . Fear and uncertainty bunkering in . Lowered immune responses (happen because of fear)... . Businesses and social events paused ...for me Discernment arrives I wanna trust that these adjustments will bring us together more - personally and globally. Help us turn down our background noise and be HERE and NOW with each other. I wanna believe connecting in the flesh is still safe and ok and that our son in Japan and other loved ones abroad are in there best health, emotionally and physically. Due to these preventative times, the studio classes will close and finish as of next week! For the remaining of the week Tonight’s class @ 5:30pm is still on Friday nights drumming gig is still on Saturday morning flow @ 7:30am is still on And the Sunday afternoon mellow flow @ 4pm. Those attending any of these classes please BYO mats and any props Don’t attend if you are unwell And wash hands on entering the studio space Thinking of you ALL Xxx
