21.01.2022 STR8T EDGE is a program for teens, youth and children. Through life there is a lot of influence from social media, video games, poor life choices and conseqiences which arise. Str8t edge is a reach out for young people to follow the straight and narrow to put them on the right path and to give them confidence to do so and be held accountable for themselves and their choices through fitness, healthy living and learning stratedgies that are age appropriate. I am also developing a STR8T EDGE program for adults and at risk young adults.

17.01.2022 My little bundle of joy is soon to arrive. Below is a great little workout I have been doing. For All, Ladies, Mummies and Mums to be no matter what your fitness level.(and get those partners active also) TRY IT OUT. and Remember take it at your own pace, if it hurts STOP and most of all HAVE FUN AND STAY CONSISTANT. Class will begin again after bub is born with a new Pilates class coming. In the meantime feel free to call or message for advice or a personalised plan you can ...do at home. #stayhappyandmove EXERCISE PLAN: 1. WARM UP FOR 5 MINS- Walk and stretch 2. 20 Lunges 3. 12 Bicep curls 4. 20 calf raises 5. 12 Dips 6. 20 squats- use a chair if needed 7. 30 sec wall sit 8. Cat-Camel x10- on all fours back stratight make sure head is straight arch back centre and lower back. 9. Bridge 10. If you are super keen try a plank- best ab exercise, use you knees if needed and if pregnant and you are unsure do not attempt it bub comes first 11. Cool down- 15 min walk and most importantly-STRETCH

Adult Class @ Highfields is Tuesday and Thursday @6pm There will be no morning class however if there is interest I will run an early morning class. Thank you ALL FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING!

08.01.2022 Hi all STR8T EDGE Highfields and Toowoomba will still be running however due to working full time I will post new day and time this week Im looking at Wednesday for Highfields and later on Mondays for Toowoomba. I will still be running my 6pm classes for parents on a Tuesday and Thursday however at this stage will not be doing any morning/9:30am classes. I'm sorry for the inconvenience however I could not pass up this job opportunity and do not want to cancel STR8T EDGE. I will keep you all posted as to new times next week. 02.01.2022 This little man is Happy and Healthy. Take the time to rest and recover after childbirth, our mental health is as important as our physical health. Once you are ready ease your way back into movement and get to know your body again so that when the time is right for you, you can push it that little further.
