25.01.2022 I am feeling so proud of my journey right now! <3 A few months ago I entered a world wide photography contest and i've just received my results. 561,997 images were entered from photographers all over the world in to multiple categories and voting happened throughout 12 rounds. I was so proud of my results last year and even though I set the goal to have an image place better this year, I didn't think it would happen! I proved myself wrong though and am so excited to have an ...image in the top 100, which placed #52 out of 40,414 images in that category! Here are my overall results: 1 image in the top 100 1 image as a finalist 27 images in the top 10% 12 images in the top 20% 6 images in the top 30%

25.01.2022 Sunsets after rain are always so incredibly beautiful - it's not often I get to photograph them though. The weather was very hit and miss today but we persevered and i'm so glad we did! Just look at this sky! And how beautiful is this family of four, soon to be five! All the dresses you see here are part of my client closet and available to wear for your next session <3

Well this afternoon I photographed these two beautiful mummas (who also happen to be sisters) with their three equally as beautiful kiddies! What an incredible afternoon! Honestly! ... 24.01.2022 A few weeks ago I had just finished photographing an extended family session and as I was walking back to the car a few minutes before sunset, I was approached by this beautiful family who said their photographer had unfortunately just cancelled on them. The sun was setting fast but we went and made some magic in literally less than 15 minutes! I'm so glad that I was able to turn an unfortunate situation into a positive for them! And really, I think i'm the lucky one because these three were honestly amazing! How adorable is this sweet little face too!

15.01.2022 These two were meant to get married yesterday, and while there wasn't a wedding (Yet! Thanks covid!) i'm so glad we were able to do their engagement photos instead! Seriously, these guys bought all the steam and all the laughs and i'm even more excited to photograph their wedding next year! Also, their sweet little boy is just the cutest as well! <3

10.01.2022 I first photographed this little cutie at her Mum and Dads wedding, she was only 2 years old - see photo in the comments! I still can't believe how much she's grown. I seriously love getting to watch all of my wonderful clients families' grow and getting to create all of these memories for them makes me so happy! 09.01.2022 I got to use my boho bed set up for the first time today and i'm seriously in love! Being able to do more lifestyle family photos during a posed newborn session is amazing! It also works wonderful when little siblings don't want to sit still (because what kid does, right!)

08.01.2022 N E W . S T U D I O . S P A C E ! You guys! I am SO excited for this! My heart has been yearning for a beautiful boho bedroom set up for the longest time and it's finally happening!... I've kicked the kids out of their play room (sorry, not sorry kiddies) and have started to create this space. There are still a lot of elements that I need to add to it but it's coming along beautifully! This space will mostly be used for family photos during my newborn sessions however i'll also be able to do mini maternity sessions as well as sitter sessions here too! 07.01.2022 I love capturing the in between moments during my sessions. The photos you can't capture yourself. Your photos don't have to be full of smiles, just full of love <3 Miss Lillian was not a happy chappy yesterday afternoon (I don't blame her, it was cold and windy), but seeing these two gorgeous kiddies cuddled into their mumma (not to mention all those beautiful layers, textures and colours of their outfits AND that golden light) and my photographer heart was seriously in love!

05.01.2022 A little while ago I got to photograph this gorgeous mum with her own mum and sisters! And now i've gotten to photograph her with her gorgeous daughter (and family)! I'm not going to lie. Teenagers can be hard to photograph. You can't play peek a boo with them to get those sweet natural smiles. I mean you can. But I don't think it would go down very well haha. They're in that stage, that i'm sure we can all remember, where you're too cool for your parents and you'd rather be... at home playing video games or out with your friends.. But you guys, this session was amazing! These guys were full of fun, full of smiles and full of so much love for each other. And i'm sure right now these big kids won't appreciate these photos with their parents, but I know one day they will <3 Also, I just want to add how much styling can make a difference to the final look of a photograph. Long flowey dresses, earthy tones and a mixture of textures are all aesthetically pleasing and work together to create ethereal, timeless, and simply beautiful images! I've invested a lot of time to curate a beautiful selection of dresses (including these two) for my client closet and it honestly makes me SO happy to see them put to use! <3

05.01.2022 I've had so many adorable little baby smiles lately! Did you know that the ideal time for newborn photography is within the first 2 weeks from birth? This is when babies are usually the most sleepiest and the smallest so that they fit perfectly in all the adorable props! These sessions will have a simple Christmas set up in my boho bedroom. While parents can be photographed with their children, the set up will be more aimed at children only (or children and one parent), due to available space. 01.01.2022 A L L Y C E & C A R L . "If I know what love is, it's because of you." I think this quote is so fitting for yesterdays beautiful wedding. ... I've sat here for a while now trying to find the right words to describe Allyce and Carl's wedding and I honestly don't think there are enough. During their bride and groom photos, they weren't just going through the motions, they were truly connected and entwined with each other. After we were finished, they took some time to just sit and soak in the day together and it was such a beautiful thing to witness. They literally gave me all the warm and fuzzies and I left with my heart feeling so full. I feel love very deeply, i'm drawn to it, so to watch these two beautiful souls radiating so much love for each other, with every fibre of their being is such a wholesome feeling.
