23.01.2022 Once upon a time It is believed that a woman fell in love with a Persian Prince In order to win his heart, she decides to bake a delicious almond cake with exotic spices and flavours such as rose water, cardamom, nutmeg, lemon and orange zest. She creates and bakes her very own cake, for the love of her life, adorned with fragrant fresh rose petals, rose buds, pistachios and Pashmak, delicately iced with a sweet, soft lemon frosting. This became known as Persian Love Cake, a truly beautiful cake.
