After 2.5 years living in Germany and dealing with difficulties of being so far from family and friends, we are finally making the trek back home. ... I have missed my fitness life (having only myself to train) and can’t wait to jump head first back into it. What have you missed and where should I start???

11.01.2022 I’m currently studying Barre in order to compliment my Pilates classes. I’m loving this new move of hover with knee taps. Check it out... here I’m doing a hover (plank) and dropping each knee with control. 10 reps each side. I’ll gradually add reps as I gain better control. Give it a go and let me know what you think.

10.01.2022 A chilly but beautiful run this morning through our gorgeous little town of Kaiserswerth. It never ceases to shock me how lucky I am to be able to experience this beauty. In 2 weeks we leave this town and move into our temporary accommodation until our flight home. Happy and sad thoughts on this but I’m thankful for these memories. .... these castle ruins along the Rhine river are from the 12th century
