08.01.2022 We make everything we possibly can from scratch with only the finest ingredients! Nothing is pre-made or bought including our chilli sauce, curry paste, bread, dumpling dough and we even roast our own spices.

08.01.2022 Words from Amanda... "It's been a hell of a year, but despite the challenges, I'm looking back fondly over the last 12 months." We love helping you celebrate a milestone and this year we hosted over 1,500 birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions in the restaurant. We hand made more than 10,000 dumplings, our favourite tasty little morsels. We baked 3,000 shortbread cookies to go with our toffee topped crème brûlée. We spent over 800 hours slow cooking our homemade chilli sauce. We cracked open 12,500 bottles of the Hunter Valley’s finest wine. We celebrated our 21st birthday! Please note that we are taking a small break, and will be closed from Monday 21st December to Tuesday 29th December. We wish all our loyal customers a very happy Christmas and New Year, and we can't wait to see you back soon!
