14.01.2022 Today will be 6 years since my mother left this life. This month especially has been tough in the lead up to my surgery and I have missed both my mum and dad more than I can express. But to see Mum standing there just before my anaesthesia with the rest of my loved ones in spirit, gave me such peace. A strong opinionated woman, we often butted heads and did not see eye to eye. But she has been my greatest teacher in this life, and without her I wouldnt be the woman I am today. She was a mother who ensured my sisters and I never went without and was also known to literally neglect her own needs to make sure this priority took place. I still miss her cooking almost every day and although I use many of her recipes and techniques, they will forever fall short in comparison. <3
14.01.2022 I am currently recovering from surgery and it was so lovely and healing to do a little EARTHING today. I only had enough energy for a few minutes but it felt so amazing after almost a week in hospital. I can not recommend this enough :D Much love and blessings ~Amanda <3

12.01.2022 Its very easy to get focussed on our hardships. All that crap that we often feel is thrown at us during our lives. Take a moment, reflect back through your FB posts, text messages, and daily thoughts. Are they negatively focussed? Is this energy occupying your every thought and message? or are you remembering the good things that are still in your life? Yes yes I know some of you are thinking "You wouldn't know what its like to be in my shoes and suffer like I am". And perhap...s I don't. But having pulled myself out of an abundance of shit filled hell holes over time, I know the difference between breeding negativity, and encouraging positivity. I assure you I have had enough crappy hardships to scare the most seasoned soul from incarnating... And during some of these moments I have also sunk into that negativity so deeply that I thought I would never find my way free. But negative focus stops us from seeing the beauty and blessings that we also have around each of us. And if we can't see the forest for the trees how can we find our way out? I know its hard to see the good sometimes, but give it your best shot. Even if it is simply being grateful for a warm bed. Because gratitude and positivity are healthy and good for you. 10.01.2022 Have you ever noticed how when you feel the need to change your life, you can often feel more stuck as you attempt to make changes? Almost like your life becomes stagnate and you continually hit walls when you know you are meant to be changing direction? Yep its super frustrating and after a while its very disheartened. But like most things in life, this energy comes to teach you something.... Its about relinquishing an element of control and inviting trust into your consciousness. Some aspects of our journey cant be controlled, its already got a solid itinerary, that your soul matched perfectly to your life path before you incarnated. Just because you see the story in a different light, it doesnt make it the best light. And this is where you have to trust that your soul preplanned something much better for you. Perhaps try to see yourself as a sailboat, without restriction and open to the current. Then when your new path comes to collect you, youll be open to being a passenger for a while rather than insisting on being captain. Ultimately you can either brace yourself for a rough ride against the waves or adjust your sails and enjoy the journey... As the Roman philosopher Seneca said "The fates lead him who will.
