23.01.2022 I LOVE cushions. So much so that Ryan thinks I am a little cushion mad as we have quite a few on the bed (9 is normal right?), some more on the couch and I have considered some for the outdoor setting. I feel that a few styled cushions makes a home feel more homely and well.... stylish. I even have a few cushions with my own designs on them. 21.01.2022 It’s funny, since being pregnant i’ve noticed I’m getting more clients whose businesses are aimed at mums, and that’s not because I’ve been shouting it from the rooftops, but I’d assume it’s more to do with an energy attraction. Ryan would say it’s just in my RAS (reticular activating system) so therefore I’m noticing it more, and perhaps that is the case. Either way, it certainly is lovely to be learning so much from other mummy’s whilst on this pregnancy journey. One of ...these gorgeous women is Sally Wilson, Awakening Life Within. She’s not just a client but she’s also one of my dearest friends! Sally noticed on her own pregnancy journey that there are a lot of social media groups out there, but none that were aimed at or focused on conscious parenting. So as a result she has created Soulful Mumma Tribe, which is a sacred space to share all the highs and lows of motherhood and connect with like minded mums who can offer support and guidance in a safe space. 07.01.2022 Today is the day! 98 artists and galleries in the Noosa region open their studio doors, and for the next 10 days the public can visit, see them work in action and purchase pieces to take home. I personally have worked with Noosa Open Studios for the last three years running, however this year has been their biggest year yet and required the whole AWD team to get on board. We have been working on this event since last December, it started with a website revamp, then we have a...lso looked after all of their social media content, written all email newsletters, designed an art trail guide, videography and Facebook/Instagram marketing and so much more. This event wouldn’t have come together without their amazing, hardworking volunteer committee, especially their president Trevor Purvis Artist and his wonderful wife Beryl. A huge thank you also to all their sponsors, because without them we here at AWD wouldn’t have had the pleasure of working on this amazing event, so thank you to Visit Noosa, Noosa Council, Moon Mountain Sanctuary, Hinternoosa Real Estate and Noosa Arts & Crafts Association. 03.01.2022 I love love love when clients have their products beautiful styled and photographed!!! It makes such a difference when it comes to selling your products online. Right now I’m talking about Alkimista I started working with Alkimista in 2018 and I swear every time I see their images pop up in my feed I fall in love with their products all over again, it makes me feel so grateful to work with such a wonderful brand....
