23.01.2022 Mayfield Gardens near Oberon. 160 acres of the biggest privately owned cold climate garden in the southern hemisphere. Only open a few weekends a year. We were lucky to be there last saturday #mayfieldgardens

21.01.2022 Just a stunning weekend in Blackheath for the Rhododendron Festival. Not only did we see the big parade, we also caught the coal shoveling AND the roof bolting at the Gardiners Inn.

12.01.2022 Great news! More and more of our wonderful walking tracks have reopened after the fires. Around Blackheath we have Porters Pass, Colliers Causeway, Centennial Glen, Hargraves Lookout and Mt Blackheath walking tracks which were unaffected by the fires and are all varied, beautiful walks. 05.01.2022 What a great time of year for a bushwalk in the Blue Mountains. Here are some photos of a recent walk on the Porters Pass, Walls Ledge and Centennial Glen circuit on the Megalong Valley side of Blackheath. All kinds of interesting scenery, you even get to walk under a waterfall! If you are interested in more information about bushwalks in the Blackheath area, drop us a line.
