And find them we did A casual 6hr bus ride from Hanoi we found our treasure and wasted no opportunity to snap a couple up so we could share them with you. I was instantly captivated by its rich colour and extraordinary clarity. 17.01.2022 Tiny but mighty! This reddish pink spinel is full of fire. Just under half a carat in size, but lots of colour and sparkle. Spinel is a relatively hard stone at 8 on the Mohs scale and often shows great dispersion (pretty rainbow sparkles). 16.01.2022 2020 has been a challenging year for all of us. At Amara Gemstones we've had our own difficulties, launching just prior to when lockdowns started in our part of Australia. So we have spent the last few months pouring every spare dollar and minute into revamping the Amara Gemstones experience.
