22.01.2022 SOME INFORMATION FOR OUR FAMILIES IN RELATION TO CHILDCARE FEES DURING THIS TIME CHILD CARE / ELC INFO - Important message for those who have children enrolled in an early learning or child care centre. DONT UN-ENROL them to save money. Theres actually financial support you can receive...... There is so much uncertainty in the world at the moment and so many people are losing their jobs, please dont add your child's educators to that list. Talk to your centre/educator first. There are a number of things in place from the government to help families and to stop child care services from going bankrupt but these measures are only helpful if the children STAY ENROLLED. Firstly, if you or your partner has lost their job or had your wages cut, you can go on to your MyGov page and apply for temporary financial hardship. This means that the government will pay your childcare fees in FULL for 13 weeks. The government has also committed to paying the CCS portion of the fees in the event that the services do go in to lock down. What this means for services is that we can keep paying our educators, our rent, etc etc etc. It means that at the end of all of this, there will be services (FDC services and centres) to send your children to. Speak to your Centre Director and Family Day Care Educator. Find out your options, BEFORE just pulling your children out.

21.01.2022 OUR GARDENS HAVE BEEN FULL OF CATERPILLARS! The children have been finding lots of little and big caterpillars all through out garden and play areas recently which has been providing many learning opportunities. The children are learning the importance of being gentle and kind to all living creatures.

14.01.2022 What a special time for this beautiful family! It has been such a blessing watching this little man grow over the past 4 year's from a little bubba to a big preppy! We wish you all the best Xavier and cannot wait to watch you grow even more! Love from your Amaroo family Today Xavier said 'see you soon' to his home away from home for the last 4 years and 4 weeks, Amaroo. He started when he was 7 months old. ... He has been showered in love, kisses and hugs. He has explored and learnt so much. He is very strong willed and has tested his boundaries and those of his teachers. Thank you to all the wonderful caring teachers at Amaroo for loving Xavier so much and caring for him. Especially Keely who has loved Xavier like her own since she layed eyes on him from day one. 04.01.2022 Dear Families, With the new information announced by the Prime Minister on 2nd of April, families can access free childcare during the coronavirus pandemic. To make this happen, Australias childcare sector will receive a $1.6 billion boost to cover the next three months, with the Early Childhood Educations and Care Relief Package to officially start from April 6. What that means is:... we can continue to pay our staff; we can continue to keep our doors open to remain providing care for your children For those children who are not currently attending we can hold your position for when you choose to return.
