23.01.2022 *UPDATED WITH ORIGINAL STORY* Apparently, it’s not considered a scam to send these around as payments (fake bank transfer receipts). I have deleted all my posts in regards to the scam issue due to it being cyber bullying. Lesson learned! Strictly will not be taking bank transfers from anyone from now on and will be getting cameras installed to protect myself in future, now offering card payments (with 1.9% surcharge) or cash only. What a world it has come to when you can’t ...even feel safe any more because no one will protect you from scammers.. Original story: As you all know, I work from home doing hair colouring, I have always taken cash as I didn’t see a need for card machines and sometimes will allow some customers to transfer money if they don’t have cash. Long story short, a first time customer paid via bank transfer and sent a receipt which we have never seen before but since she was in a hurry we did not question her on the receipt and as it was a public holiday and sent after bank trading hours, I didn’t think much of it, she also blocked me as soon as she left the salon despite us having a good chat with her and etc. I even thought she was nice? Hmm anyway, it’s been over a week and I’ve noticed money is still not in the account so I had to find another way to contact her, found that she had previously contacted me via sms n messaged her. No reply so I contacted her via Whatsapp to let her know payment hasn’t come through and receipt looks a little fake and that I will contact the police if need be if she continues to not reply. Anyway so she finally replied and said she cancelled her payment and that she had already paid cash on the day and didn’t think it was necessary to pay extra well this is where I started to think she was a scammer because on the day, she did not pay me anything, no cash, no nothing. Just transferred me with that fake bank transfer receipt. Anyway then she accused me of taking her cash and asking for more??? (I’ve never done this before to any of my customer’s before. There were even times when people accidentally gave me $50-$100 extra and I gave it back to them straight away because I am not one to take what isn’t mine) anyway, I didn’t know about this fake bank transfer app until another hairdresser found out about it and showed me and it matched the one she had sent me. After this incident, I will now soon be offering card payments and cash payments to avoid scammers like her who target small business’ who work from home. I am now on my way to report this to the police, not sure if they can do much to help but if I can prevent another person from being scammed by the likes of her, that would be the best outcome. Thanks for reading if you’ve reached the end of this.

21.01.2022 So today I have received an email from the Health Care Complaints Commission. I am in disbelief and shock the person who sent me a fake receipt is apparently the victim according to NSW Police. Apparently she had paid me in cash then transferred a future transfer as I had forced her to pay more then what she had given me so she FEARED FOR HER LIFE and did a future transfer in which she went home to cancel later that day.. woahhhhh!! I have never in my life seen som...eone so scheming, so evil, so disgusting. Wow but in saying that, I have got to hand it to her. Shes a really good actress, Im sure shes better than everyone in Hollywood, she deserves an award for her brilliant acting skills. Cos I know Im definitely terrible at acting and a terrible liar. Her stories are unbelievable. You seriously need to tell me where you take your acting classes from? I know youre not good at your job because youve already told me on the day you were just in it for the money, but at least if you fail as a nurse, you can go straight to Hollywood, you can be the next asian villain. Thats lacking in Hollywood, youd make a really good one Ill just take it as bad luck meeting someone like you and move on with my life. Good luck and hope karma gets you! See more
20.01.2022 Here are my qualifications, (if anyone wants to see the unblurred version with my full asian name, feel free to ask me to have a look when you come in to do your hair but as far as its legally concerned, I dont need to post an unblurred version here for the world to see) I have no intentions of lying about anything because its not in my nature to do so, sick of these scammers thinking its ok to target people who work from home because they think we arent registered or are not paying taxes or dont have an abn. I do have an abn by the way. Scammers make me sick. Go work for your money and dont steal from others!
