First photo, was a couple of weeks ago. Second photo, 3 months ago. Third photo, a year ago. When we stress, our body tells us in so many different ways, and for me it’s an extreme amount of hair loss! As you can see from my third photo I had quite thick hair. The second photo, a little less and in my first photo it is quite thin. Hair isn’t everything, but hair can be a great indicator of what may be going on with your health. I think the last 6 weeks has definitely took a toll on my hair! Remember there is always someone who will listen and who will care. You are enough. Always be kind, and reach out.
