15.01.2022 A great outcome for what was an unusable area of yard space. This merbau bench seat and deck is a prime example of great functionality available to the home owner.

15.01.2022 Watch this space!!! Amazing Decks is replacing an existing deck which was far too unsafe to be used. Materials are on site stored ahead of construction to allow the timber to climatise ahead of construction. This Amazing job starts soon!

14.01.2022 2 weeks on site and things are looking great. All the H3 treated pine frame was sanded back, cleaned and two coats of Walnut tinted stain prior to being assembled. The Merbau hardwood posts were also sanded and will be finished along with the deck. Every last 140mm wide Merbau decking board has been pre-cleaned with Tanin and Oil remover top and bottom prior to being laid. It’s been a lot of work performed to this point and we are having a short break over school holidays. More work and more pics to come when we return shortly.

09.01.2022 This Amazing Deck built in Terrigal was an incredible experience for us to deliver to our valued client. Since purchasing this family home the previous decks were unsafe and could not be used. The old failing structures were removed and new and improved materials replaced old for new with some small changes along the way. All the H3 treated pine framing material was pre sanded, cleaned and stained with a Walnut tinted stain prior to be being installed. All of the Merbau hard...wood timber posts, railings etc were also sanded, machined and cleaned ahead of staining. All the 140x19mm wide decking boards were precleaned with tanon and oil removing formula prior to being screwed down in place. Provided by the client were some images of balustrade they wanted to employ in this build and we accommodated this. A metal roof lines the underside of the top deck to create a dry area below. We pulled out all stops on this build to provide our client with the highest quality we can provide. Today the last of the balustrade went in place (waiting on the stair section to be created) and handed over to the family to begin enjoying. Amazing Decks cleaned, prepped and coated the Merbau decking surfaces with Johnstons natural tinted decking oil. We believe this to be a industry leading product and the results speak for themselves.
