24.01.2022 I'm planning on setting up a beginners run club, park circuits, 'race training' run club for those wishing to participate in running festivals and of course personal PT sessions which can be shared with a friend.

16.01.2022 I have just been to a Bikram yoga class for the first time. I feel fabulous after that. Perfect way to do a full body stretch/strengthening to compliment my other workouts.

For those of you who have never tried a boxing class, it's amazing cardiovascular exercise with the added benefit of toning and sculpting those arms and abs!!
