11.01.2022 Busy old day today... Port fairy to Peterborough...long day as a fellow rider had a heart attack, luckily he survived as cardiologist cycling behind him.. what’s the odds?!? Helicopter took him off so hopefully he continues to improve. That gave us a long lunch stop as the road was closed for over an hour.. Then started the cycle along the great ocean road... amazing!

07.01.2022 This morning we left Portland in fair weather... by the 50km mark it was hailstorms and high winds..65kph I have to say I did question what the hell I was doing this for...the distance is no problem and the day to day is no problem but the inclement weather gets me!
