G R A T I TU D E Smoothie Bowl... 1 banana, sliced and frozen 1/2 cup papaya, diced 1/4 cup mangoes, diced and frozen 1/4 cup wild blueberries 1 sache pitaya 1 scoop plant protein 1/4 cup cashew milk from my@nutrmachine 1/4 cup filtered water, more to taste Place all the fruits in a high speed blender, I used#myvitamix, and blend until smooth. Pour into a coconut bowl and add a drizzle of peanut butter!

YAY Recipe Porridge: - 1/2 cup quick oats - 1.5 tsp black goji berry powder... - 1/2 cup frozen blueberries - 1 cup coconut milk - 1 tsp desiccated coconut - 1 tbsp maple syrup Chia Pudding - 2.5 tbsp chia seeds - 1/2 cup coconut milk - 1 tsp maple Pitaya yogurt - 250g coconut yogurt - 1.5 tsp pitaya powder or 1/2 cup frozen - 150g strawberries Method: 1. Place quick oats, blueberry, coconut, goji berry powder, maple and coco milk into a small saucepan. Bring to boil and cook until creamy. Set aside. 2. Pour chia pudding ingredients into a jar, mix well/shake. Place into the fridge for 30 min. 3. For the pitaya yogurt, simply combine the coconut yogurt with the pitaya powder or frozen , add a splash of maple if you prefer it sweeter. 4. To assemble the jar add half of the blueberry superfood porridge into the bottom of the jar, then a layer of chia pudding, coconut yogurt, strawberries and finish off with a big blob of the pitaya yogurt. Repeat the process with the second jar.
