07.01.2022 I gave this recipe a go this morning - absolutely delicious!!! And they are VEGAN!!! I substituted the white flour with whole meal flour, and the brown sugar with coconut sugar. They were light and fluffy, and really tasty.... You could also try subbing 1/4 cup of the flour with oat flour (finely ground rolled oats), or 1/4 cup of the banana with crushed pineapple, for something different! Let me know how you go if you if try this and make any other changes to the recipe! Time to get baking, people!! Have a great day!!
