23.01.2022 S T R E T C H Stretch Marks.. Who’s got them? Me! and about 75% of others do too (even men). Who wants them to disappear or atleast fade? TLC is the best way help to smooth out stretch marks quickly and fade red scars. Exfoliants are great to promote new skin growth. Try products that include ingredients that are high in fatty acids and vitamin E! Avocado oil which helps to hydrate and repair scars and ingredients that are high in antioxidents - these will promote the growth of new collagen and helps to improve your skin’s texture and tone. Remember, hydrating your skin and promotingcollagen production assists to repair damaged skin

17.01.2022 DID YOU KNOW? When you step out of the shower you have just three minutes before your body loses essential moisture! It is essential that you moisturise after coming straight out of the shower to prevent dry, crackly skin, especially on the shin area. Applying the moisturiser whilst the skin is still slightly wet/damp is best. This locks in the moisture and makes the application of the product on the skin a lot easier to apply as well.... Especially if you have a spray tan it will ensure you don't mark or damage the spray tan whilst the skin is still heated from the shower.

She said ‘warm tones, I like golds, make up eyes pop’ and this is the colour of my bikini. Then... she let the MUA get to work. Please trust your MUA ladies, we understand the lights, we understand our products, face shapes as well as how to accentuate your best features. Too many girls get caught up in the big black eyes ...and think just because stage make up is higher coverage it needs to be heavy or dark. We kept the eyes nice and bright with a colour to compliment her stunning greeny blue crystal eyes and a lip colour just dark enough to be seen on stage and to compliment the bikini. Colour - the competition tan needs to be a nice bronzed colour (not red or green or even muddy brown) Even - Tan shuld be evenly distributed over your whole body as well as no marks or imperfections.... This is Flic, she’s a bikini competitor who Just won her pro card. She listened to pre tanning advice and prepped appropriately (even learnt something new after years in the game!). Flic competed in swimsuit model hours before this photo. So constantly laying down, outfit changes and a pump up.. yet her tan? Flawless. No touchups required. Be like Flic.
