02.01.2022 You don't need to have 1000 followers. Or 10,000 followers. Or even 200 followers to succeed at Instagram. Controversial? Yes. Accurate? I think so. Why am I posting this when I am all about growing your reach on social media? It is because I am seeing a lot of people getting burned out managing their social media trying to just get more followers. ... What you need to be focusing on is getting the RIGHT followers. 10,000 followers are great, only if they are your target market who will buy you products. If they are just randoms who like your feed as it is funny, but will never buy from you, you are wasting your precious marketing time. So what do I suggest? Start by creating QUALITY content. Create content that resonates with your audience and helps solve problems for them. If you want to have fun, use stories or reels to share your brand personality and values, but don't stress for hours about it... Remember, business is not a popularity contest.
